Chocolate fruit, it’s true, it’s real….where have you been all my life!!??
I love being Vegan, there are really some amazing fruits and vegetables I now try!!
Have you tried this??….Chocolate Frut?? Or black chocolate pudding as it’s known by aswell….it’s amazing!!

One black sapote contains between 2 and 4 times the amount of vitamin C as an orange, and is a rich source of potassium.
It contains vitamin A and niacin. It has small amounts of vitamins B1 and B2. Vitamin C content per single fruit is about twice that of a medium navel orange.
