This personalised training program written by Crissi, will based on your starting point, goals and work out a timeframe to achieve your results.
Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or experienced in the gym your program will be structured and based on you 100%.
Crissi can write you a home gym or recreational gym program or a body weight program (calisthenics), based on equipment or lack thereof to help you reach your goals. Crissi will work with and around any injuries or exercises you cannot do. A inbuilt update in the program will, also be detailed in your written personalised program. This program will last around 3 months of progress.
Personalised Meal Plan
All meal planning and nutritional advice is wholefood vegan-based. Plants, fruits, grains and selected vegan protein sources will be your energy sources, prepared in recipes that contain no refined or processed ingredients, no additives and no artificial products.
I will prepare for you a one-off personalised meal plan and build in an update for you. so you can progress during the 6-week program. If there are any foods that you cannot tolerate, or simply don’t like, I can work around these issues and substitute alternative vegan plant-based options. I have worked with many soy, nut and gluten-free clients, and those with digestive and gut conditions have all benefited from my wholefood plant based meal plans.
Coaching & Support
No coaching is included in this package, but there is plenty of online support. You will access to the exclusive members site, then after filling out a detailed health assessment form, I will personally write you a detailed meal plan and training program these will be emailed to you ASAP to get you started (Allow up to 7 working days for these to be personally written by me, I don’t do cookie cutter plans).
You will have access to my private Facebook group for questions, education, support and motivation during your program plus you can email me anytime with questions during your 6 weeks program.
