Vegan Fitness & Fat-Loss 6-week program: designed to reach your goals, as a WHOLEfood healthy vegan!
You will receive a Wholesome Vegan meal plan, which will be balanced in all macros and micronutrients. This is a higher-carb meal plan to fuel your body and to get through each and every day easily during the 6-week program plan. NO extreme diet measures are taken to achieve your goals.
All meal planning and nutritional advice is wholefood vegan-based. Plants, fruits, grains and selected vegan protein sources will be your energy sources, prepared in recipes that contain no refined or processed ingredients, no additives and no artificial products.
I will prepare for you a one-off personalised meal plan and build in an update for you. so you can progress during the 6-week program. If there are any foods that you cannot tolerate, or simply don’t like, I can work around these issues and substitute alternative vegan plant-based options. I have worked with many soy, nut and gluten-free clients, and those with digestive and gut conditions have all benefited from my wholefood plant based meal plans.
Coaching and Support?
No coaching is included in this package, but there is plenty of online support. You will access to the exclusive members site, then after filling out a detailed health assessment form, I will personally write you a detailed meal plan and training program these will be emailed to you ASAP to get you started (Allow up to 7 working days for these to be personally written by me, I don’t do cookie cutter plans).
You will have access to my private Facebook group for questions, education, support and motivation during your program plus you can email me anytime with questions during your 6 weeks program.
