Training programs are personalised to suit your goals as well as your current strength and fitness levels.
Crissi will work out a training program based on the time you have available each week as well as the equipment and facilities you have available.
- TRAINING PROGRAM: 1x Training Program including guidance on strength, cardio, HIIT and flexibility training for you to best achieve your goals.
- UPDATE: 1x Built-in program update for you to advance towards your goals. This will increase your motivation and speed up results.
- TECHNIQUES: Information on training techniques and movements included in your training program. This will include the Online Basic Membership with access to all my training PDFs and videos.
- FLEXIBILITY: Crissi will write your program to work around YOUR schedule and time commitments over a 7-day week.
- ADAPTABLE: All programs can be written for access to either gym/fitness centres, home gym, personal equipment available or outdoor training (bars/calisthenics workouts).
Once payment has been made via paypal, you will then be redirected to fill out the Health Assessment Form.
There is NO coaching or personal consultation with this training program. You will be directed to an online Health Assessment Form in order to gather the relevant personal information, including current health status, dietary and food habits, current training, preferred training styles, desired goals and outcomes.
Crissi will analyse your starting point and your desired goals, then write you a thorough training program based on all the information you have provided.
You will receive your personalised training program within 7 days from when you complete the online Health Assessment Form, considering your lifestyle, level of fitness, strength and sport activities to help you meet your desired goals.
