The Fitness Model GOLD program package is available via online. The VFM TEAM and Crissi, will give you full support via a supportive Facebook group, right through your 10 weeks and you have the option of extending your package if longer is required.
This program isn’t just for competitors; it’s for anyone who is already fit and wanting to reach the next level in their health or any sport or training regimen. Or maybe you have dreams to compete one day and what to learn more.
The GOLD Fitness Model program is designed to retain muscle, burn fat and sculpt your body to a competition ready state. Wholesome Plant-based Meal Plans that are set to fuel your body all the way your desired goal. No avoiding fruit, rice, potatoes and healthy whole-foods!
NO extreme diet measures are taken to achieve fast body fat loss during the program.
I have devised a simple health questionnaire that will help me build the right nutrition and meal plan just for you. I will give you advice on how to coordinate your workouts and your meals, along with tips, tricks and solutions to stay on track.
You can start anytime, from anywhere around the world.
WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM
You will receive exciting new workout programs MONTHLY to keep you on track and from getting bored or reaching plateaus. I guarantee that you will burn off body fat while keeping and/or building lean muscle during this short program. The program is of course secondary to the meal planning. Eating is about 90% of what it takes to reach the a lean body or to stage in the right condition. The program can be adapted to home training, therefore gyms are NOT a requirement but of course gainz and sticking to the program do give a better outcome. A cardio program is included in the program also, depending on the goals required.
VEGAN MEAL PLANNING
All meal planning and nutritional advice is whole-food vegan-based. Plants, fruits, grains and selected vegan protein sources will be your energy source with recipes and structured plans that contain no refined or processed ingredients, no additives and no artificial products of any kind. If you have food intolerances, I can work with and around many of these issues. If you have eating disorders or have had so in the past, please email me BEFORE signing up. If you currently suffer any allergies, food intolerances use the contact form on this website, to communicate this all with me before signing up to any plan/package or program.
By adopting a Vegan whole-food lifestyle change, you will soon learn that building muscle and fat loss isn’t about harsh restriction; nor do you have to eat boring meals to get into optimal condition. I will give you a diet plan that is the best for you, so that you will minimise feeling hungry, hit plateaus or rebound afterwards.

HOW DOES ONLINE GROUP COACHING WORK?
After signing up you will receive access to the ‘members’ exclusive section’ of the website, be required to fill ut the health assessment form and you will have all links available to become part of the Vegan Fitness Model Private PREP and TRANSFORMATION Facebook group, this is a great supportive community. However, this is not a one on one coaching program with me, you will be support by a VFM team member and I will be answering all your FB live questions and writing all your plans. This package is an accountability program of weekly email check-ins, and a monthly update of your program, macros and calories. If you feel you may require a full service and more accountability and support, then best to purchase the ‘VIP’ Platinum package with me. The VIP package, includes unlimited email support, one on one coaching with Crissi, unlimited updates and more!
However, the GOLD is perfect for those that need accountability and guidance it requires to stay on track, get LEAN whilst remaining healthy. Every week, my team and I will cover important topics and answer all questions in detail in our private group, plus always offer loads of hints and tips. The VFM team and I will guide you throughout your competition journey or your transformation to reach your goals. It won’t be easy at times, but it will be worth it!! As your coach, I am here to answer any questions and to keep you on track throughout the program and our FB group is the perfect platform for this communication.
