The Fitness Model program is designed to retain muscle, burn fat and sculpt your body to a competition ready state. Wholesome Meal Plans are HIGH-carb, to fuel your body all the way to the stage, photo shoot day or to your desired goal.
NO extreme diet measures are taken to achieve fast body fat loss during the program.
I have devised a simple health questionnaire that will help me build the right nutrition and meal plans just for you. I will give you advice on how to coordinate your workouts and your meals, along with tips, tricks and solutions to stay on track.

Whole Body Training Program
You will receive exciting new workout programs to keep you from getting bored or reaching plateaus. I guarantee that you will burn off body fat while keeping and/or building lean muscle during this short program. The program is of course secondary to the meal planning. Eating is about 90% of what it takes to reach the a lean body or to stage in the right condition. The program can be adapted to home training, therefore gyms are NOT a requirement. A cardio program is included in the program and you are tracked weekly.
Vegan Meal Planning
All meal planning and nutritional advice is whole-food vegan-based. Plants, fruits, grains and selected vegan protein sources will be your energy source with recipes and structured plans that contain no refined or processed ingredients, no additives and no artificial products of any kind. If you have food intolerances, I can work with and around many of these issues. If you have eating disorders or have had so in the past , please email me. If you do currently suffer any allergies, food intolerances use the contact form on this website, to communicate this all with me before signing up to any plan/package or program.
By adopting a Vegan wholefood lifestyle change, you will soon learn that comp prep and fat loss isn’t about harsh restriction; nor do you have to eat boring meals to get into optimal condition. I will give you a diet plan that is the best for you, so that you won’t feel hungry, hit plateaus or rebound afterwards.

How does online coaching work?
As your coach, I am here to answer any questions and to keep you on track throughout the program. After signing up you will receive access to the ‘members’ exclusive section’ of the website and you will have all links available to become part of the Vegan Fitness Model Private FB group, a great supportive community of present and past clients on one of my programs.
You will receive every 2 weeks a 30-minute eChat Facebook coaching session, weekly monitoring and diary tracking via App, email weekly support plus loads of hints and tips. Along the way, workout tweaks and changes plus training program upgrades. I will guide you throughout your competition journey to reach your goals.
